How to print non-woven bags

Non-woven handbags generally use ink printing processing technology, that is, screen printing ink, which has always been a printing technology commonly used by many manufacturers. Generally, it is hand-printed. Due to the heavy smell of packaging printing, the color is not saturated, and it is easy to fall off. As a result, many new non-protective cloth packaging printing methods continue to emerge. Here, we detail several major categories on the market:
1. Watermark.
It is famous for its choice of water-soluble elastic rubber paste as packaging and printing materials. It is common in textile packaging printing, also known as garment printing. When packaging and printing, the pigments are mixed with the hydroelastic rubber. When cleaning and printing versions, do not use chemical organic solvents, can be washed with water immediately. Its advantages are good tinting strength, strong covering, high color fastness, washing resistance, and most of them have no peculiar smell.
Second, gravure printing.
Products produced and processed in this way are often referred to as composite film non-woven tote bags. This processing process is divided into two steps, that is, first select the traditional gravure printing process, and then select the lamination process to combine the film with the printed pattern design on the non-woven fabric. Generally, this process is used for large-scale color pattern design, packaging and printing of non-woven bags. The advantages are that the packaging and printing are exquisite, the whole process is manufactured by mechanical equipment, and the production cycle is short. In addition, the product has good moisture-proof properties, and the durability of the finished product is better than that of non-woven tote bags made by other processes. There are two options for plastic film: bright and matte. Matte has the actual effect of a matte! This product is stylish, durable, rounded, and the pattern design is authentic. The disadvantage is that it is relatively expensive.
Third, the thermal transfer process.
Thermal transfer process is a special packaging printing in packaging printing! This method must be an intermediate substance, that is, the pictures and texts are first printed on the thermal transfer film or thermal transfer paper, and then the pattern design is converted into a non-protective cloth according to the temperature increase of the mechanical equipment of the transfer paper. A commonly used medium in textile packaging printing is thermal transfer film. It features nicely printed packaging and enough graded versions to match photos. Suitable for small total area color image packaging printing. The disadvantage is that the long packaging printing patterns are easy to fall off and are expensive.
