The six most common printing processes in the processing of non-woven bags

Six commonly used non-woven bag printing techniques:
1. Non-woven bag screen printing ink processing technology
This is also a common printing method, and the price is moderate, so many manufacturers choose some methods. This packaging printing method is based on the LOGO text document to make a film, and then release the screen printing version through the film. After drying, the screen printing plate can be packaged and printed. Ink printing is very important. If the version is not well tanned, the print will be poor and burrs will appear. Screen printing inks are divided into artificial screen printing inks and equipment screen printing inks. This is a very traditional printing method.
2. Non-woven bag offset printing process
Offset printing is short for machine offset printing. According to the production of the soft offset plate, it is pasted on the printing reel of the printing equipment, and there can be one or several packaging bag LOGOs for each turn. This printing method has fast speed and good effect, which is worse than silk screen printing. However, due to the low price, more and more manufacturers choose this packaging printing method.
3. Non-woven bag peritoneal printing technology
Products produced and processed in this way are often referred to as laminated non-woven bags. First, the traditional gravure processing technology is selected to print the text image on the plastic film, and then the composite film processing technology is selected to composite the plastic film with the printed pattern design on the non-woven fabric. Generally need higher or more color is the pattern design non-woven bag will choose this processing technology. It is characterized by exquisite packaging and printing, machine production is selected, and the production speed is faster. The finished product has good waterproof performance, and the durability of the product is also better than that of non-woven bags produced by other processing techniques. Retroperitoneal: There are bright and matte films, but the cost is relatively high.
4. Non-woven bag heat transfer technology
Printing is a special printing! The printing method must be carried out through an intermediate substance, that is, the graphic is printed on the thermal transfer film or thermal transfer paper, and then the pattern design is transferred to the non-proof cloth by heating the transfer paper mechanical equipment. A common medium in textile packaging printing is thermal transfer film. This kind of packaging is beautifully printed. There are enough layers. It is comparable to the photo, but the packaging and printing cost is higher.
5. Non-woven bag sublimation printing
It is a technology that transfers flat printed graphics and texts to the surface of objects of different materials through the action of water. Water transfer printing technology is divided into two types: water mark transfer printing and water coating transfer surface coating. The pattern design you want can be printed on various objects with just water. This is currently the most widely used packaging printing. As long as the special film is placed on the water surface and then sprayed with the reactant, objects of various shapes can be attached with a new coat, and the actual effect and durability are basically the same as baking paint. However, the processing cost is relatively high.
6. Non-woven bag watermark processing technology
Named for its use of water-based elastic glue as the printing medium, it is more common in the packaging and printing of textile products, also known as printing. Mix the color paste and the water-based elastic glue when printing. No chemical solvents are required to clean the printed version and can be cleaned immediately with tap water. It is characterized by good tinting strength, strong coverage and color fastness, washing resistance, and most of them have no peculiar smell.
